Welcome to Nienumberfast. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules and conditions applicable to the use of our services and website www.nienumberfast.com (the “Website”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Nienumberfast: the service provider, owned by Sam Kamiel de Jager, NIE Z2280206Z, located at Carrer Costa i Borrás 10, 46017 Valencia, Spain.
  • Customer: the natural or legal person making use of Nienumberfast’s services.
  • Services: intermediation and documentation services including NIE, NIF, and TIE applications.
  • Agreement: binding contract once the Customer submits an application and Nienumberfast confirms it.

2. Services

Nienumberfast supports administrative procedures in Spain: collecting and preparing documentation, coordinating appointments with authorities, submitting applications.
Nienumberfast acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the final decision of the authorities.

3. Application Process

The Customer must correctly complete the online form and provide documents on time. Incomplete or incorrect data may cause delays or rejection.

4. Prices and Payments

Fees are listed on the Website and include VAT unless otherwise stated. External costs (notary, government fees, apostilles) are not included. All payments are upfront. Nienumberfast may withhold processing until full payment is received.

5. Cancellation, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of Spanish law, withdrawal rights do not apply once personalized processing begins.
• Once the notarial power of attorney is sent, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund applies.
• Once the appointment confirmation is sent, no cancellation or refund applies.
• Cancellation before this stage is possible within 24h after payment if processing has not yet started (refund minus admin fees).

6. Customer Obligations

The Customer must provide accurate and timely documents, follow instructions, and attend appointments. Nienumberfast is not liable for rejections caused by Customer errors.

7. Execution and Delivery Times

Nienumberfast aims to deliver Services within indicative timeframes, but timing depends on authorities, notaries, and other third parties. No guarantees on timing.

8. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (legal changes, policy adjustments, technical issues, strikes, problems with authorities), remote NIE applications may no longer be possible. In such case:
• The package will be converted into a procedure where the Customer must appear in Spain at an office designated by Nienumberfast.
• Nienumberfast will complete the application in an alternative way so the Customer still receives the required outcome.
• If the Customer cannot or will not travel to Spain, there is no refund or compensation.
• No refunds apply in the event of force majeure.

9. Liability

Nienumberfast is not liable for government or notary decisions, nor delays due to force majeure. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Privacy

Personal data are processed according to Nienumberfast’s Privacy and Cookie Policy, available on the Website.

11. Intellectual Property

All Website content is owned by Nienumberfast or licensors and may not be used without written permission.

12. Changes

Nienumberfast may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on the Website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Valencia, Spain.
