Manage and carry out, on behalf of the data subject, the following procedures:- Obtaining the NIE (Foreigner Identification Number).- Processing residence permits for citizens of the European Union.- Assistance in the registration process as a self-employed worker in Spain.- Management of registration in the municipal census.- Other related administrative procedures.
    Legal basis: Processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party (Art.
    6.1.b GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Commercial communications:
    Sending commercial communications related to products or services similar to those contracted.
    Legal basis: Explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Administrative management:
    Use of the data subject’s contact details for sending invoices, estimates, receipts, and other documents
    related to the contracted services.
    Legal basis: Performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations in tax and
    accounting matters.
    Data retention criteria: data shall be stored for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the
    processing or for as long as there are legal prescriptions dictating their custody, and when such purpose is no
    longer necessary the data shall be erased with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of
    the data or their complete destruction.
    Data disclosure: This processing may involve the communication of personal data to the competent
    authorities and to third parties necessary for the proper execution of the aforementioned procedures.
    Rights of the Data Subject:- Right to withdraw this consent at any time.- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of the data and those of limitation or opposition to their
    processing.- Right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing
    does not comply with current legislation.
